Whether it is related to leisure, commodities, natural resources, conventions or exhibitions, many are beefing up their hospitality services not only in capital cities, but also in second and third tier cities to cater to such demands.
Rapid urbanization and rising income levels equate the need for this group to own assets. This anticipation leads us to our immediate focus on real estate investments. It is also in line with our philosophy of having asset-based investments.
To date, these are two areas we have been very involved in.
